My insurance company won’t pay my claim. What should I do?

Well, the first thing is to determine why your claim is not being paid, or if not enough money’s being paid. If your claim has been denied, meaning the insurance company’s not willing to pay anything, you should seek advise from an attorney. If your claim has been underpaid, meaning that you are not receiving what you feel you’re owed, there may be some options to you. Perhaps mediation or appraisal. Either way, you should seek advise from an attorney to help guide you, and help you reach an equitable resolution of your claim.
