Is our mold damage covered?

Generally speaking you’re going to need to look at the actual terms of your policy. A lot of home owner’s policies are going to have specific exclusions and or limitations on the amount of mold damages that they will cover. Most policies if they don’t have an endorsement excluding it, are going to have a monetary limitation on the amount of mold that their insurance company is going to recover so you want to make sure you review your policy, know your limits, know your coverages before making any claim for mold damages.
