Jonathan Aversano, born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, graduated from the University of Florida in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Business Administration. Following graduation, Mr. Aversano attended Marquette University School of Law in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mr. Aversano began his legal career at a general practice law firm in Milwaukee representing both employers and employees in employment discrimination litigation as well as clients in both contract and property disputes.

In 2011, Mr. Aversano moved back to his home state of Florida and began defending various insurance companies in both first and third-party coverage disputes and litigation. He counseled insurance companies for more than six years regarding every step of the insurance claim process, including pre-suit investigations and examinations under oath, policy interpretation, neutral evaluation and negotiation of claims through appraisal, mediation and litigation.

Since early 2018, Mr. Aversano has represented policyholders utilizing his knowledge and experience working for insurance companies. Mr. Aversano is admitted to the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in Federal Court, before the Middle District of Florida.
