Mr. Rojas was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Jupiter, Florida. He attended Florida State University, were his studies focused on economics and history, attended law school at Nova Southeastern University, and received his Masters of Law at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. While in Chicago, Mr. Rojas began his professional career, and consulted for various businesses, brokered strategic partnerships, developed business models, and obtained/arranged financing. Mr. Rojas also worked as a Research Assistant for the Dean of the International Law Studies, and assisted in synthesizing material for textbooks and lectures involving complex issues of international business transactions, and the E.U. He further capitalized on his time in Chicago by obtaining an externship in the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, where he researched constitutional privacy matters, drafted memoranda, and investigated and helped prosecute financial crimes.

After his stay in Chicago, IL, Mr. Rojas, returned to South Florida, and continued working for various businesses, and assisted in brokering partnerships and relationships involving Microsoft, and Home Depot, among others. Thereafter, Mr. Rojas began his legal career, starting in general practice, and working with high net worth individuals and funds on transactional matters. In early 2015, Mr. Rojas was hired into Geyer Fuxa Tyler, where he continues to apply his varied experiences and knowledge to the practice of first party property litigation. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in Federal Court, before the Southern District of Florida.
